HVAC Market intelligence analyst - Intern

We are a Prague-based startup active in 4 countries, specializing in heat pump installations, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern in Germany to (remotely) join our team as a Market intelligence analyst. In this one-month fixed-term position, you will play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing our customer experience and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

●  Conduct telephone interviews with potential suppliers to understand their proposition, pricing and process of heat pump installation

●  Allow 4-6 technicians visits in your house

●  Perform interviews with sales reps and skilled technicians to gather insights

into their sales and installation process

●  Synthesize gathered data and observations to create comprehensive

presentations summarizing mystery shopping results

Qualifications:

●  Must have access to a house (personal, parental, or relatives') in Germany, Munich is a plus.

●  Proficient in both English and German languages

●  Comfortable making phone calls and conducting face-to-face interviews

●  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

●  Background in business or currently pursuing a business-related degree.

●  Demonstrated ability to create engaging and informative presentations.

●  Interest in sustainable technology and a basic understanding of heat pump

installations is a plus.

Duration and Remuneration:

This internship is for a fixed term of one month, expected workload of 80 hours, starting ASAP. The compensation is 1.000 EUR. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the technology startup in a renewable energy sector. Work location is remote, Munich is a plus.
